About Me

Hello, I’m Anthoney Q., CSCS (learn more about CSCS in credentials section), and my journey into the world of fitness and wellness has been nothing short of an adventure. Over the past 15 years, I've dedicated my life to understanding the intricacies of health, tested numerous fad diets and protocols, and most importantly, lent a helping hand to countless individuals on their own transformative journeys.

My fascination with coaching and guiding others started at an early age. As a young skateboarder, I found joy in coaching friends to perfect their tricks and techniques. This along with becoming a mechanic, my experiences ignited a passion for problem-solving, leading me to initially pursue a pre-medical education in college. However, I soon realized that while doctors play a vital role, my true calling is assisting people in various dimensions of wellness.

My holistic approach encompasses improving movement, preventing injury, enhancing performance, tailoring diets to address optimal health, and viewing the body as a seamless, interconnected whole. I firmly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health and wellness. Each person is a unique puzzle, and the key to unlocking their potential lies in individualized strategies.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a deep love for travel, physical fitness, and indulging in cuisine. Whenever possible, I bring my kettlebells and resistance bands, allowing me to work out wherever I roam. Movement is an integral part of my life, and I've personally experienced the transformative power it holds.

My personal journey also includes a background of unhealthy eating habits—fried everything, white bread, and excessive sugars, to name a few. Through this, I've gained a profound appreciation for the incredible impact of nourishing your body with the right foods. It's a journey that continues to fuel my passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.

My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Psychology, and Exercise Sport Science. Following my graduation, I pursued the esteemed Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification, setting the golden standard in personal training. I've further honed my expertise through certifications from sources like Paul Chek's Chek Academy, Laird Hamilton's XPT Coaching Certifications, Layne Norton's Advanced Nutrition, and Nutrition for Bodybuilding, with a commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
