Still an
athlete.
You still want to lift, run, and see what you're capable of.

Illustrative model. Not client measurements.
Life got fuller. Training got complicated.
I help you find a way to train that fits the body and life you have now.
Maybe you used to compete. Maybe you just miss feeling comfortable under a bar or heading out for a run without second-guessing yourself.
I work with athletes and former athletes who want help figuring out what to do next. We look at how you move, what you've tried, and what a normal week actually allows. Then I write your plan.

Illustration only. Not an injury-risk forecast.
First, I get to know you.
Your training history matters. So do your sleep, your schedule, and what you want to be able to do.
Choose a layer to see what we work on together.
MovementLook at how you move.
We start with your history, a movement screen, and video of your training. I look at your technique, strength, and available range of motion. You get a written Blueprint Report with our starting priorities.
RecoveryMake recovery part of it.
We look at your usual meals, sleep, and stress. I help you make manageable changes to support training. If bloodwork is part of the picture, I work alongside your medical providers.
TrainingTrain with a clear plan.
Your strength and conditioning sessions fit your goals, equipment, and starting point. You send training clips; I review them and give you specific feedback for the next session.
Your weekAdjust as life happens.
We check in every week. When work gets busy, a session feels off, or you're ready for more, we adjust. By the end, you should understand what works for you and how to keep going.
What it feels like
on the other side.
“After years as a competitive distance runner, my body was beat up. Training with Anthoney forever changed how I see my body. I'm stronger than ever and genuinely proud of what my body can do.”
“At 35, things weren't flowing like they did in my 20s, and I have an old neck injury that flares up. Anthoney built a program that kept me active and safe from re-injuring myself. He knows how to train someone who isn't 22.”
These are individual experiences, shared in their own words. Your results will depend on your circumstances.

I've always liked figuring things out.
As a kid, it was helping friends land skateboard tricks. Later, as a mechanic, it was working out why something wasn't running right. These days, it's helping people find a better way to train.
I have a CSCS certification, a background in biology, psychology, and exercise science, and more than 15 years of coaching behind me. I still train, study, ask questions, and change my mind when I learn something useful.
Outside work, I travel with Lindsey, take my kettlebells along, and look for somewhere good to eat.

The Prediction Guarantee and your agreement
In your first two weeks we set three measurable targets from your own assessment data, in writing. At the day-90 re-screen we measure them. If you have logged at least 80% of your prescribed sessions and attended every scheduled check-in and re-screen, and any one of the three targets is not met, I keep coaching you 1-on-1 at no charge until it is met, for as long as you keep meeting that standard. This is service continuation, not a refund, and it is written into your coaching agreement, which you read in full before you commit.
Your first two weeks include the assessment and written Blueprint Report. We go through the agreement together before you commit. Read the client policies, including refunds and the guarantee.

A few things you might be wondering.
Do I need to be competing?
No. I work with athletes and former athletes, including people returning to regular training. What matters is what you'd like to be able to do and whether the coaching fits your situation.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. You film your movement screen and key lifts wherever you train. I review the clips, send feedback, and compare them with later sessions. We stay in touch through messaging and weekly check-ins.
How much time will I need?
Plan for about three hours a week: three training sessions, some movement prep, and a weekly check-in. We'll discuss your schedule and equipment before we begin.
What if I'm dealing with an injury?
Tell me on the call. I provide strength and conditioning coaching, and work alongside your physician or physical therapist where needed. Pain, injuries, and medical conditions need appropriate clinical assessment and clearance before training.
What does coaching cost?
The Blueprint is a four-figure engagement, quoted after we discuss your needs. You can pay in full or in three payments across the 90 days, with no plan fee. If you prefer a program to follow independently, the Quarter-Year Training Program is $249.
Can I speak with you before applying?
